Leaving home at 17 she fell into an abusive relationship that lasted a decade. Leaving her son and moving abroad to find meaning in her life she found an unexpected friend in Free Weights. The confidence gained from lifting weights has been a game-changer. After a decade of training people, she is now focusing on women to show them how to find confidence through lifting, freeing their minds of their body insecurities so they can chase their dreams
