How does a bank teller representative recognize a counterfeit twenty-dollar bill? Simple, because they know the real thing! The devil attempts to look like God, so beware of false prophets and teachers. If you aren't correctly connected to God, there will be a disconnect in your spiritual ability to discern the things of God accurately. In other words, it will become difficult to differentiate if you're hearing God, yourself or if it's the devil. The devil is the master manipulator. If it doesn't align with God's word written in scripture, it isn't Him speaking, which means you don't move! Stay put and press in His presence until released. When God speaks, confusion and compromise don't exist. He is truth, and His word stands forever.
