Elika Maria Almeida is a motivational speaker and advocate for women and youth.  Elika is also an entrepreneur and has owned her own business of wedding and event planning & design for over 21 years.   She is the co-host of the H.E.R! Heal, Empower, Rise! Podcast focusing on genuine, authentic and thought-provoking conversations with other women. She is the Co-founder and Executive Director of a non-profit focused on youth-led service learning programs called Youth Infusion, Inc. She began her love of podcasting while working with middle school students on a pilot Youth-led Podcast and now also has a curriculum created for Youth-led podcasting through her non-profit organization, Youth Infusion, Inc.   Through her motivational speaking, Elika touches on the importance of establishing boundaries, avoiding burnout, life and work balance and breaking free from being a prisoner of perfectionism. In addition, she shares simple ways to take care of YOU with many small steps you can take for rejuvenation and self-care.  She believes that when you show up are your authentic self, you will discover a world of possibilities and opportunities.
