Kayla is finally joined by family therapist and yes, her mother Susan Ewell for this touching conversation between not just mother and daughter but two mothers as well. We learn about Susan’s lore before even becoming a mother and the turning point in which she decided to prioritize her childrens’ early years over her career. She offers thoughtful, emphatic advice on parenthood and shares, in her professional opinion, what she feels are the different challenges with the new generation post-pandemic.
