1.  The Stage Was Set But No Activity Was Had - vv. 1 - 2

     1) All that was needed for revival was there

     2) Despite all that was needed being there, revival was not there

     1) A return to God

     2) A removal of Idols 

     3) A restoration of the altars

     1) The enemy will attack

     2) Never cease praying

     3) God will provide victory

     1) God will restore what the enemy stole

     2) God will restore the peace that was stolen
