Paul delivers some pretty harsh news to the church in Rome: “There is no one who does good, not even one.” And yet that’s not the end of the story - far from it. The distance between God and ourselves has been bridged in Christ, and we are now invited to live by faith in a world marked by God’s extravagant love for us.
