Poetic Properties with Kamplexx Ep.60 “Reconstruction”

New year, same love. The 2021 year was one for the books from dealing with my mental health to fighting Covid. There were so many things going on in 2021 that created so much confusion but also I learned so much. 

This journey that we’ve been on with these sessions has helped me tremendously and I know from the messages I've received that it is helping many of you.

The intent of this episode is to encourage reconstruction in the way you deal with things. My goal is to show you, by example that it is ok to identify things that hold you in an unnecessary space and let them go. Since we were children we were told “the mind is a terrible thing to waste” but weren’t given ways to strengthen it. I hope these sessions have shown you a way thus far. Every day you wake you can fight through the fog to get through to the light.
