We're talking about reconstructing a deconstructed faith. When reconstructing our faith, there has to be an "authority." As Jesus followers, the Bible is that authority; but maybe not in the same way we once thought. The Bible is our guide, our roadmap of truth so we don't falter. It's not there to control us, it's there to protect us and help us thrive. There are some essentials (guidelines and parameters) and some non-essentials (gray areas) to help us follow Jesus well. Let's talk about it.
