This is a recording of an informational meeting related to scoping hearings for the West Valley Demonstration Project site held at the Springville Center for the Arts on March 11, 2018.

Speakers included Lia Oprea from WECAP (Wyoming, Erie and Cattaraugus Communities Act on the Pipeline), Joanne Hameister, Ray Vaughan, Charley Bowman and Seneca Nation President Todd Gates.
