I finished my 5th half marathon a week ago, and am already itching to get back into training for my next marathon. It is crucial to rest and recover though too! If you love running and racing, you get me. It's hard to take just one day off.

Use this meditation to take the time to recover and also thank your body for all that you ask it to do, day in and day out.
