We talk about Tucker’s early triggers and the progress he has made, different techniques Katie used before and after the RRP, the importance of having mindset and emotional support for yourself, and so much more. My message to you from this episode is: it’s just data! When you hit a low or plateau after so much progress, and you start to feel like your training is just not working, it’s okay to take a break from it to decompress. And remember, it’s going to be okay!
