Step One Halfway House Since 2003, has been committed to walking alongside people who lost so much of who they were and the ability to achieve their life goals and dreams due to addiction and who desperately want and need help to recover. Step One’s mission is to introduce a 12-Step Program to a newly sober individual in a clean, safe environment (the agency also helps those who are not yet sober.)
