Ron Stiver sits down with Spencer Medcalf, lead peer recovery coach in the Virtual Care Behavioral Health Hub, to talk about the work peer recovery coaches are doing virtually in 13 hospitals across the system. Spencer also opens up about his own journey with substance use disorder (SUD) and shares some advice for team members working with patients struggling with SUD.
