Lloidy has been in and out of the real estate business since 2004. When the economy took a nose dive after 2006, he tried to run away from real estate, only to be lured back a decade later. It was at that point that he started building a team, doing all the right things, such as bringing on an Inside Sales Agents (ISA) and a transaction coordinator. His next steps involve hiring a personal assistant. However, when COVID hit, many agents started looking for more job security. He also became too busy to recruit new agents.
