The FDA and Casper’s Ice Cream are recalling Red Button Vintage Creamery Canadian Vanilla Ice Cream 56 oz packages with lot number 344-21-946.  A number of packages said to contain this ice cream were mispackaged with Burnt Almond Fudge Ice cream and contain undeclared almonds.  Those with almond allergies could develop serious or life-threatening allergic rains after consuming this ice cream.  This ice cream is distributed widely in the mountain west states in Associated Foods retail stores.  If you have this ice cream, return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.  For more information, call Caspar’s at 1-888-328-2691.
