Next, Joseph discusses the third spectrum, Chazah, which means "to look or to gaze." This form of gift encompasses the words of knowledge, visions, and dreams and is considered an intuitive gift. The last of the four prophetic spectrums is Chozeh, which means "to lean forward and peer into the distance," and it is inspired by the Holy Spirit. He then clarifies the differences between the office of the prophet and the gift of prophecy, emphasizing that the former comes with responsibilities for equipping and edifying the body of Christ, while the latter does not carry those same obligations.

Joseph further explains that any of these gifts can operate in our lives, depending on our biblical growth; however, there are majors and minors, meaning individuals may excel more in one gift than the others. Additionally, he mentions that Roeh is associated with the sons of Issachar anointing, which enables us to discern the signs around us, know how to act, and align with the right people to achieve our goals—just like the sons of Issachar did.
