Red Flag Warnings blanket the entire western half of Nebraska today, extending through the Sandhills and into portions of north central Nebraska. Critical fire weather conditions mean any spark could rapidly spread with dry vegetation and strong winds creating dangerous conditions. This morning starts warm at 57 degrees, but temperatures climb quickly through the 70s and 80s by midday.
