In Episode 12 of Red Letter Day, Nick welcomes in his biggest guest yet, former New York Ranger Sean Avery! During the course of his twelve year NHL career, Sean played on four teams including the New York Rangers, he was the first professional athlete to intern with Vogue Magazine, and he was the first professional athlete from one of the four major sports to openly support marriage equality in New York State. Now, Sean is establishing a name for himself as an actor in Hollywood, appearing in “Patriots Day” alongside Mark Wahlberg as well as Christopher Nolan’s film “Tenet” which also featured Robert Pattinson.

Nick and Sean have a great hour long conversation about the current NHL season, Sean’s experiences on and off the ice during his twelve year NHL career, as well as his current transition into becoming an actor in Hollywood. The two also have some fun along the way and discuss the bike lane vigilante Sean was during his time living in New York City.
