In this episode of the Red Man Laughing Podcast we sit down for a full length featured chat with the members of A Tribe Called Red. A Tribe Called Red is an award winning, Indigenous DJ collective that has taken the world by storm with their unique blend of both contemporary & traditional Indigenous musical stylings. They've been shortlisted for the prestigious Polaris Prize, they are multiple Aboriginal Peoples Choice Music Award Winners and most recently won the 2014 Juno Award for Breakthrough Group of the Year.

We cover a lot of conversation - we get a chance to hear from the full group (Bhudda Blaze, James Jones, 2oolman, Bear Witness & DJ NDN) to get a sense of what life is like now  that they're touring the world and carrying the hearts of so many with them. We get a chance to talk about some of their crazy tour scheduling, how racist and crazy France is, their experience meeting other Indigenous Peoples from around the world and we go in depth about the headdress/mascot issue at large festivals and what they're doing to face the ugliness of racism head on.
