12.06.2012 - By Ryan McMahon
In this episode of Red Man Laughing I have a guest Co-Host for the very first time - I'm joined by Mr. Wab Kinew. Wab and I have been talking about creating/starting a new podcast together and we (along with our dear friend Lorenzo) have kicked around the idea for months. Last night, when news from Ottawa started to roll in about the movement the Chiefs at the AFN Special Assembly made - we thought this would be the perfect chance to put our heads together and try something new.
Today on the show we feature THREE incredible leaders and we chat with them about the INCREDIBLE movement we see happening in Indian Country today here in Canada. Featured on the show this week we have Chief Isadore Day (Serpent River First Nation), Tanya Kappo (one of the leaders & creators behind the #IdleNoMore community movement) & Dr. Pam Palmater (Mi'kmaq Lawyer, Ryerson University).
