one of the positive benefits of going through a negative time is it forces us to pray which we should have been doing all along and quiet time prayer but so often we get distracted by a busy schedule or some other nonsense so God I believe at times allows crisis to turn our Hearts back toward him in something we're going to describe is Crisis prayer
