Dating for potential can mean looking for someone who could potentially be a good match, but not yet is. The goal of dating is to identify potential, explore it, and confirm it.  It can lead to people choosing for incompatible relationships, ignoring red flags, and giving too much time to someone who isn't right for them. Sabotage Series: Why Dating for Potential Makes You An Asshole

Self-sabotaging in relationships involves engaging in behaviors, either consciously or unconsciously, that lead to the end of a relationship. This might involve pushing the other person away or finding reasons to get out of the relationship. Such behavior often stems from trust issues, past experiences, and poor relationship skills. Every single day I see singles sabotaging their dates or potential relationships without even knowing!  So I created a list of 10 Anti-Sabotage Guidelines to make sure you are not unconsciously sabotaging yourself and keeping you away from love.
