Ji Hye Kim is the award-winning chef-owner of Miss Kim, an acclaimed Korean restaurant in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Chef Kim grew up in Seoul, South Korea, and is obsessed with ancient Korean culinary texts and the finer points of fermentation. Ji Hye Kim was also named one of Food & Wine's Best New Chefs of 2021 and is a James Beard Award Best Chef semifinalist.
