Redeeming Marriage

Redeeming Marriage - Episode #11

Listen Later

In this episode of Redeeming Marriage, we discuss how being hungry, tired, stressed, and emotionally drained can affect the way we communicate with our spouse. Drawing from James 1:19, we explore the importance of being quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to become angry, especially during seasons of tension and frustration. We also reflect on practical ways couples can pursue wisdom in their communication, recognize their limitations, and create space for rest, prayer, and understanding. Along the way, we share personal experiences from our own marriage and discuss how intentional listening, patience, and grace can help strengthen unity and deepen intimacy in marriage.

We plan to do a Q&A after we finish the books, so if you have any questions for that episode, email [email protected]. And if you have any questions or want us to address something on an episode, please feel free to email us as well.
