1 Thessalonians 4:1-12

Pastor Faith Eury Cho preached a sermon called Redefining Holiness based on 1 Thessalonians 4:1-12. She talked about how the essence of holiness is not perfection but love and it's not about doing more good and less bad, but about doing life together with God. In verse 3, it states that we are sanctified, or set apart and dedicated to God. God has chosen us, no matter how broken we are and He wants us to please Him- but pleasing Him requires us to know Him intimately.
