Acts 2:38
Genesis 47:27
Exodus 14:10-12
Numbers 11:4-6

A common experience among believers: many attend church, serve, and give, yet feel they are wandering in the wilderness without experiencing their desired breakthroughs. For example, the Israelites’ journey from Egypt, which was meant to be a short trip but turned into a 40-year ordeal due to their inability to let go of their past.
To illustrate the message, here are two biblical stories:
Many people do not receive healing or breakthroughs because they have not fully decided that they want to get better. Sometimes comfort in familiar struggles can prevent individuals from pursuing change.
Jesus often asked questions not for His own knowledge but to prompt self-reflection in others. You are encouraged to consider:
Actions reveal true desires. You are challenged to examine whether a person’s actions align with their stated goals. For instance, if someone claims to want financial success but engages in impulsive spending, their actions contradict their words.
Take the story of Noah, who had to build the ark according to God’s blueprint. Similarly, believers must actively participate in their spiritual journey by applying God’s teachings in their lives.
The real battle for spiritual victory occurs in the mind. In the book “Battlefield of the Mind”, it emphasizes the need for believers to take control of their thoughts.
Romans 12:2 calls for transformation through the renewing of the mind. This process requires intentionality and effort, as believers must actively choose to align their thoughts with God’s word.
It is important to recognize and demolish mental strongholds that hinder spiritual growth. Take every thought captive and align it with the knowledge of God, as stated in 2 Corinthians 10:4-5.
In closing, it is important to know what one truly wants and willing to work towards it. Everyone is encouraged to engage actively in their faith journey, remembering that God is waiting for our hearts to align with our words.
These words serve as a powerful reminder that healing and transformation require both desire and action, urging believers to work the plan of salvation and renew their minds for spiritual victory.
