“Redemption on a global scale takes a big sacrifice.” That is why Jesus had to suffer on the cross for us, so that he can save the world forever!
Here are the righteous requirements for Redemption
1. Christ had to become the curse for our redemption.
Gal 3:13 Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, “CURSED IS EVERYONE WHO HANGS ON A TREE”),
Gal 3:14 that the blessing of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles in Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
2. A New Covenant was needed to redeem us from the Law
Without the shedding of Blood there is no remission of sins
Mat_26:28 For this is My blood of the new covenant, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.
3. Pure Blood brings Redemption
Heb 9:11 But Christ came as High Priest of the good things to come, with the greater and more perfect tabernacle not made with hands, that is, not of this creation.
Heb 9:12 Not with the blood of goats and calves, but with His own blood He entered the Most Holy Place once for all, having obtained eternal redemption.
Jesus overcame sin, so His blood was the perfect sacrifice for our redemption.
Heb. 4:15 For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin.
4. Perfection is required for redemption from Sins
Heb 9:22 And according to the law almost all things are purified with blood, and without shedding of blood there is no remission.
Heb 10:14 For by one offering He has perfected forever those who are being sanctified.
The concept of perfection happens when we are redeemed by His Blood:
Perfected G5048 teleioō; say ‘tel-i-o’-o’
From G5046; to complete, that is, (literally) accomplish,
or (figuratively) consummate (in character): –
consecrate, finish, fulfil,
(make) perfect.
5. We are justified freely through the redemption that is through Christ
Rom 3:21 But now the righteousness of God apart from the law is revealed, being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets,
