Fans of Redfall recently took to Xbox and Phil Spencer to task about the fact that there is still no updates for the game. The Redfall 60fps update is still unknown and there is also Redfall DLC that people paid for with the Bite Back edition. Arkane also promised this would be their most supported game post launch.
Many were upset when the Redfall 30fps announcement happened, but then Arkane promised to add 60 fps later. But there has only been on Redfall update and it came in June and didn't address the main issues. My experience with Redfall gameplay lined up with pretty much every bad Redfall review that I read.
Redfall is a first-person shooter video game developed by Arkane Austin and published by Bethesda Softworks. The game was released for Windows and Xbox Series X/S on May 2, 2023. The game received mixed reviews from critics, with criticism for its gameplay design, story, and technical problems.
