Michele, what is self-love to you?
"I believe self love is a life-long journey that grows and expands as you evolve as a human. The work of self-love is continuing to dig deep to unearth your most authentic essence, loving what you find, and getting comfortable with expressing it / sharing it with others. I felt different as a kid - red hair, freckles, a bit chubby most of my adolescent years, the new girl on the block, was bullied and that impacted me. In hindsight, I never loved myself fully b/c I didn't know how to. I recently contributed to a multi-author book called Intuitive: Speaking Her Truth, where I touched on those adolescent years and it wasn't until I started to tune into my intuition that I realized there was work to be done in the self-love area. I also have deepened my self-love practices through my entrepreneurial journey, as I believe it serves as a mirror for the healing that still needs to be done".
