From a young age, Russ was deeply involved in the arts, performing as the lead actor in school plays, playing trumpet in the band, lending his voice as lead singer in the boys choir, and spending hours sketching comics inspired by Mad magazine.
This early passion for creative pursuits contrasted with the more analytical mindset of his father and brother, whose influence guided Russ toward a stable career in accounting. Throughout, Russ has explored the relationship between imagination, creativity, innovation, and critical thinking—each nuance shaping his unique path.
