On February the 7th 2019 we aired a special show on Redroad to mark Time to Talk Day, SJ Birds hosted The #TimeToTalk Show which is an initiative from www.time-to-change.org.uk

Mental health problems affect one in four of us, yet people are still afraid to talk about it. Time to Talk Day encourages everyone to talk about mental health and we are doing our bit to end mental health discrimination by hosting this show.

SJ said I wanted to mark #TimeToTalk Day 2019 with this special show that aired on Redroad FM. Within the show I talk openly about my battles with mental illness and discuss the music and things that have helped me over the years.
