Week 3 in Overthinking we focus on the virus of Overthinking. Connecting overthinking to health; people fall fatal to stress and anxiety due to too much worrying. The main focus of this session is to provide a few simple 4-5 steps (continued from last week, week 2), that will improve and reduce your overthinking...ultimately improving your health.
Steps: 1. Be (Kind to) Yourself 2. Set Reasonable Goals 3. Know Your Strengths 4. Delegate Your Weaknesses - Trust Others 4. Trust Your Decisions.
