Meditation and pranayama are some of my favourite things to share! I love the energy created even if we're not in the same room.
During this 10 minute pranayama, you'll use a form of Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) called Chandra Bhedana. This moves energy into your left nostril, stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system to help calm you down.
