Did you know that 1 in 4 girls and 1 in 13 boys will experience some form of sexual abuse before their 18th birthday? Do you know the signs of grooming behaviors in other adults? Most people think that they have to worry about strangers around their children but 90% of children who are abused are perpetrated by people their parents know and trust. 

In this episode we will talk about the prevalance of child sexual abuse, the physical and mental affects, how to foster body autonomy in your children, how to recognize grooming behaviors in other adults or older juveniles and what to do if you see something that feels off.
