Life doesn’t hit pause just because things get heavy — and this week we’re diving into both the heroic and the heart-wrenching. From my husband’s real-life act of bravery at work to my most vulnerable share yet: the journey of my daughter Harper, a true Heart Warrior.

It wasn’t easy to record (two days and a lot of tissues later), but it’s a story that needs to be told — because CHD (Congenital Heart Defects) affects 1 in 100 babies and deserves awareness, funding, and advocacy.
