On the evening of September 16th, 1932, Actress Peg Entehistle left her uncles house and walked up Beachwood Canyon Drive and made her way to nearby Mt Lee. When she arrived, she began to climb up the rigid mountain to her final destination, the HollywoodLand sign, it was there she found a wooden ladder behind the sign. She then proceeded to climb her way to the top of the letter H, and leaped to her death. Her body was later found in a ravine two days later. Nobody knows what led this talented Broadway Actress to take her own life that day. On today’s show we will be talking about the life and times of Actress, Peg Entwistle, we’ll also try to answer the many questions that still linger, more than 8 decades after her tragic death.
