Everyone thinks that being a ref is easy,. You just make the right call and that's it. However, talking with Santa we get to learn the ins and outs of the referee world. In addition, we get some insight on just how difficult it is to be known as a good referee, how much knowledge you need to have, and how much hate you get for making a call that people don't like.
