Reflecting on Relationship Patterns When Manifesting

In this Self Love Served Raw podcast episode, I discuss manifesting love, and how to use reflection and not to dwell. How do we start to manifest love while still loving ourselves?

  • Start by reflecting on your relationship patterns. Our relationship patterns stem from our self-concept and how we identify ourselves in love and relationships (your "I am" statements about yourself.)
  • Remember not to dwell on the past, what happened, what someone "did" you to, or circumstances, even if it's current circumstances.
  • Be honest with yourself about how you show up, what you expect in relationships, and who you are ("I am") regarding relationships and love.
  • Create "I am" statements that identify with the new you about love and relationships and dwell on those thoughts!
