What a year 2019 has been and really, as crazy as it has been, what a way to end a decade. 2019 has been a rollercoaster for me, one full of highs and lows and lots of lessons. This year has really shifted the way I look at life and as I have learnt some of these many lessons, I wanted to take some time to reflect on their importance and take the lessons into 2020 with me. I have never really been one for reflection but this time and episode are really proving to be useful in setting my intentions for the new year. I hope you have all had an incredible year with the years to come being even better.
