All too often our busy lifestyles and non stop commitments keep us in a loop of DOING without much time for noticing how much wonderful we have created in our lives. 

There is great power and joy in reliving the good times, and nuggets of clarity in acknowledging what turned out differently than expected.

This week we are taking an episode to reflect and celebrate all that has happened in 2022, and reflect on the lessons that we took away.
