This week was Thanksgiving week — a beautiful week wrapped in softness, gratitude, and a little cold that reminded me to slow down. I spent time with friends who truly show up for me and Cannon, and that alone filled my heart.

I also returned to the ocean at sunset, one of my rituals, and had a simple moment where the waves answered back.
