  • START taking responsibility for your financial future (only you can change it)
  • STOP focusing on the symptoms of your financial issues and instead start focusing on the cause
  • START thinking positively about what you’re already doing well and acknowledge that you are already having financial success (however small)
  • STOP setting goals around what you’re already an expert in
  • START asking someone else to reflect on your money if you struggle to see yourself clearly
  • STOP focusing on what you think you should set goals around, instead focus on what will make YOU happy
