Yes. Let's have a conversation about suicide. When Twitch died in December of 2022 millions of conversations were started about how he ended his own life. And that was a good thing. But, let's keep the conversation going. While I don't have all of the answers, no one really does, I can share some insights into the aftermath of a suicide, suicidal ideation, and where help can be found.

Have you ever noticed that his friends don't just leave him to be on his own or stop asking if he wants to join in, even though he is clearly depressed? That's one of the ways you can help someone in your life who is like Eeyore, be their Winnie! And, if you're like Winnie to someone who's struggling, there is help for you, too.
