We have reached the end of Season 1! 

Throughout the last 13 episodes, I have found my voice and the tone of this podcast in real time. Thank you for going on this adventure with me! As I shared my story, I have been humbled and proud to have helped others to share theirs, and look forward to taking some intentional time to reset, regroup and catch up (Note: watch for “This Side of the Grass” on YouTube!) before a new episode drops again on August 1, 2024!

The two threads that wove throughout Season 1, as we explored funerals, obituaries, eulogies, life insurance, legal planning, comparisons and milestones:

1. It is a gift to have these conversations about your wishes and to make plans before it is too late.
2. It’s possible to move forward, and even to find meaning, after loss!

A huge thank you to my guests over the past few months, who trusted me and took a chance on this podcast: Tim & Bethany and Steve, who lent their knowledge on specific subjects; and Sheri, Brian and Eric, who shared their very personal stories of loss that resonated with all of us.
