As part of a celebration of World Youth Day 2023 in Lisbon, Portugal, Bishop Toups of the Diocese of Beaumont in Texas reflects on the Saturday Vigil for World Youth Day and emphasizes the day, and the week as a whole, as life changing experiences. World Youth Day is a time to experience the universality, the catholicity of the Church.
