In this solo episode, I share reflections on recent world events, my 1-year Business Milestone coming up and releasing what not longer serves you!

1. Growing, evolving, and changing it up every so often is a GOOD thing!
2. Yes, do the research. But....you also don't have to show up and do it how everyone else is doing it. In fact, you'll probably end up out of alignment. Show up as your most authentic & true self and you can't go wrong!
3. Allow space for the things you'll need to release and let go of as you grow and evolve
4. Always, Always, Always remember that this new phase you are entering is Just for now and you can ALWAYS change your mind!
