Each class member should complete the following and submit to the dropbox labelled Electronic Portfolio. If you have difficulty, you may submit to [email protected] as attachments. You should submit your Electronic Portfolio with the following completed: page one as much as possible, the entrance assessment all standards (ex. skillful practitioner), an assignment and brief reflection about it from this course which you cut and paste into your electronic portfolio form.
