Reframing Our Perceptions: Silencing Your Inner Critic

Listen Later

Today, we will be addressing how to bring awareness to the ways in which we communicate with ourselves, and the effect it was on our habitual actions, and life in general! Tune in to find out more!!

Disclaimer: I recorded this episode a week ago, so any improvements I am making based on all of you beautiful people's feedback will not necessarily be reflected in this podcast. But please know! I am taking all of your feedback extremely seriously and into very careful consideration, and I cannot thank you enough for helping me with that process, as ultimately it wouldn't be possible for me to get an idea of how others feel about these concepts, theories, as well as my communication and delivery, without YOU all! This is indeed a two-way street, and I appreciate you all so much for choosing to invest your time and energy into my creative dream/passion project. I am doing this all and leading by example with the intention of cultivating value and purpose, to not just improve my life, but to show the entire world what is possible when we truly set our mind to the task, in the most affective manner possible. (THAT PART IS KEY!)

We cannot improve without first recognizing and acknowledging that we all have room for improvement, and I don't believe that will ever change.

Remember folks, the only comparison that should be made, is between YOU and your PAST SELF. IT'S ALWAYS YOU VS. YOU.

Thank you folks, I hope you all have incredible days, and remember!...

Elevate Our Minds, Elevate Our Lives, Elevate Our Worlds: What can you do today to step outside of your comfort zone, and possibly save a life with a simple "Hey, how are you today?" "You doing okay?" Cause folks I am here to tell you, I have BEEN the person who's life was saved, by a strangers kindness. Make it your mission, as I have made it mine, to BE that stranger for someone else.

Thank You!!!
