How can we begin to reframe our thought patterns? We begin by tapping into our self awareness to evaluate the thoughts playing on our soundtracks. Paying attention to our reactions to things because every reaction is an education. So how do we learn from our reactions? We pay attention with our learned self awareness and we start asking ourselves better questions. Have you ever thought about the fact that you don't have to actually accept replaying a thought? You may retire them, replace them, or repeat them. You are who ever you believe you are, and your happiness is actually more in your control than you think it is. I am going to share some tools and tips that have worked for me in my own life, in hopes that it might help you in yours as well!
