In today's episode I share with you the steps that I used to help me refresh my morning routine, along with this I have given some tips to create change and build sustainable habits.

I recommend using a journal to write in your answers, but also the notes app on your phone will work just fine:

  1. Take notes of what you currently do in the morning.
  2. What does your dream morning look like?
  3. Get realistic and see what you can change to help you implement some of that dream into your reality! (This step can involve some tough love)


Tips from my own experience:

  • Build your new routine one habit at a time.
  • Be flexible and accept that your life will look different every day.
  • Set yourself up to not have to rush in the morning.
  • Get up on your alarm.
